Church Planters: Meredith and Jarod Broughton
Meredith and Jarod have been married for eighteen years. They have three great sons and one hard-working espresso machine. They first lived in Hamilton from 2007-2012. Meredith obtained her master’s degree here at McMaster Divinity College.
After seventeen years as a pastor and church planting in Northern Ontario, the Broughtons moved back: to Stoney Creek to plant Level Church. Jarod works inspecting structural steel, and the kids are in elementary school.
Jarod and Meredith both enjoy renovation projects, board games, and coffee. Their biggest passion is Jesus.

Primary Partner Church: Living Word Ministries Hamilton
- Our primary partner church is Living Word Ministries at 79 South Bend Road in Hamilton.
- After beginning over 30 years ago, they became a church plant who received support from Peoples’ Church.
- Now they are providing support to us: encouragement, community, administration, and partnership in prayer and finances.

Leadership Council
- In addition to our primary partner church, financial and practical accountability is provided by a volunteer council.
- This council is composed of pastors and church members from different PAOC churches in Ontario.
Affiliation and Beliefs
- We are affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and part of the Western Ontario District.
- We are planted via the New Churches Network of the Western Ontario District
- We have benefited from resources provided by the PAOC’s national Multiply Network.
- Pastor Meredith is an ordained minister and credentialed in the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada since 2007.
- As a PAOC church, we hold to the Statement of Essential Truths
